A self-described nomadic storyteller, Bayrasli’s journeys around the world to tell stories of entrepreneurship have led her to conclude that a nomadic life is a key ingredient to innovation. Brain drain, she says, might be the very thing fueling future economic growth.<br /><br />Elmira Bayrasli is the founder of the World Policy Institute’s Global Entrepreneurial Ecosystems Project and former Vice President for Policy & Outreach at Endeavor, a global non-profit that supports High-Impact Entrepreneurs in emerging markets.
